A withdrawal from an Australian-facing pokies site passes through three stages, and only one of them is under the operator’s control.
Approval. The operator checks that bonus turnover is complete, that the bank account matches your registered name, and (on first withdrawals) that the account is not a duplicate. This is where “24 hours” comes from, and where delays happen.

What speeds a withdrawal up
Finish the turnover first. Requesting a withdrawal with turnover outstanding is the top cause of a cancelled request.
Withdraw to the deposit account. Same bank, same name.
Request during business hours. Withdrawals are usually approved by a person, so a request made late at night may wait for the next shift.
Keep the amount under the daily limit. Larger amounts trigger manual review.
Use a PayID site. Operators that run PayID deposits are set up on the fast platform for outbound transfers as well.
What slows it down
